  Hartenbos Kampvergadering 2014

  

  Beste Vriende

  Ons het gehoor dat sommige mense nie heeltemal seker is of Hartenbos Kampvergadering hierdie en volgende jaar gehou word nie.

  Die versoek is dat u asb ons Kampvergadering, veral virhierdie jaar, ernstig onder die kerklidmate in u omgewing sal promoveer. Ons het ook nog nie uitsluitsel dat volgende jaar se Hartenbos Kampvergadering nie gehou kan word nie.

  Dit sal derhalwe waardeer word as u dit maar net weer eens onder die lidmate se aandag sal bring. Die plakkaat en aansoekvorm word hierby ingesluit. Dalk sal die lidmate verneem wie ons sprekers is, en soos u weet, is die hoofsprekers dr Mike Pearson en prof Walter Veith, asook ons jong predikante, Miguel da Silva, Andrew Gouws, Jeremi Sterley, en van ons plaaslike leraars.

  Revelation of Hope Seminars presents a new and fresh approach towards understanding the wonderful mysteries of the final book of the Bible - Revelation. The Book of Revelation is a remarkable book indeed and its fantastic imagery and poetic language have fascinated people for generations. Even today, nearly 2000 years after it was written, it inspires and intrigues the mind. While many Christians regard the book as a "closed book", the very title of the book suggests that it can and should be understood!

  Crime, violence, and destruction are escalating and it concerns us all. We all sometimes wonder: When will it happen to me or someone I love? How bad will it get? How will it end? In the midst of all this uncertainty and the many disappointments of life there are some amazing prophecies in Revelation which fill us with hope. Did you know that the book of Revelation with its strange symbols also contains a portrait of Jesus? It is a picture of Jesus Christ that is so attractive as to make Him irresistible. This book assures us that the victory has already been won and that we have nothing to fear as long as we cling to Jesus, our Loving Saviour.

  During the week from 30 September until 6 October 2012 a new experience awaits you and your family. You will be fascinated as Peter Hurter will unlock the book of Revelation with dynamic presentations in multimedia.

  The excitement will start right from the first lecture:
  Sunday, 30 September at 19H00: Did a Loving God create the Devil?
  Questions like, Why do innocent people suffer? Is the Devil a real being? Is he the one in charge of hell? will be answered. This lecture will help you know the strategy of your adversary so you will not be deceived.

  The second lecture is also a favourite:
  Monday, 1 October at 19H00: How will our world end?
  Will our world be destroyed by an asteroid from outer space? Will the crises in the Middle East explode into a third world war with weapons of mass destruction? This lecture is a must!

  The third lecture is:
  Tuesday, 2 October at 19H00: When God binds Satan for a thousand years.
  When does the thousand years begin? Will this be a time of world peace? Will we get a second chance?

  The fourth lecture is:
  Wednesday, 3 October at 19H00: How to bury your past successfully.
  Are you tired of the cares and troubles in your life? Are you bogged downby a guilty conscience? Do you want to have a clean slate in the Judgement day?

  The fifth lecture is:
  Thursday, 4 October at 19H00: The sign of your allegiance to God.
  If our world remembered and honoured this sign, there would have been no idolatry on this planet! What is this sign? Whu is it a matter of life and death?

  The sixth lecture is:
  Friday, 5 October at 19H00: Why are there so many churches?
  The final crisis - the clash between Bible truth and tradition! Is it possible to know which God's true church is? If possible, where would you stand?

  The final lecture is:
  Saturday, 6 October at 11H00: Eden restored - is heaven a real place?
  Where is heaven? Will you recognise your loved ones?

  It is the purpose of this series of lectures to give you peace of mind, purpose in life and a renewed hope for the future. Admission is free of charge. Each of the seven one-hour lectures with start at 19H00 ... except for Saturdays lecture which starts at 11H00. This programme is for the whole family. Bring your children along; you will be able to get them home in time for a good nights rest. There will be supervision available for the children.
